AnyCasting’s Gas Pressure feature helps to easily identify the location of gas defects caused by the isolation of air during filling and flow process of the melt. Our software locates gas defects by comparing the pressure of air versus the pressure of the melt. Any area where the pressure of air is higher is considered a defect area.
Product Name : TIMING CHAIN COVER
Melt Material : AlSi12CuFe (ISO)
AnyCasting’s Gas Amount feature is used to predict defects caused by gas in the melt and gas generated during filling. The analysis is conducted under the assumption that the gas in melt is dissolved during casting. The results that can be simulated are flow of generated gas, identification of isolated distribution, and the prediction of isolated gas volume.
Product Name : TRANSAXLE CASE
Melt Material : ADC12 (JIS)
Oxide is exposed to the atmosphere during filling which forms an oxide film. These oxide films overlap creating gas or surface defects. When calculating oxide, it is possible to predict the movement of oxide during the flow and the final isolation area.
Product Name : CYLINDER BLOCK
Melt Material : ALDC12 (KS)
AnyCasting’s Leak feature allows the user to predict leak defects flowing from the product when cooling water or cooling oil is circulated inside the product. Based on the shrinkage defect, the result is expressed as the probability of a leak defect occurring by calculating parameter values, distances, and occurrence (probability).
Product Name : CAM CARRIER
Melt Material : ALDC12 (KS)
